A final flourish
Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 6:00AM Six hundred bricks in two days, 400 on Saturday and then another 200 the first day of November. That will close out our season and get us to 3,000 (1/2 way home - pun fully intended). The usual cast of characters were on hand - The Castleton Crew. Boy am I gonna miss this group and not just cause they're hard workers. They're also a lot of fun and genuinely good citizens. We were all well fed thanks to a 10 pizza donation by Little Caesar's of Espanola and their generous district manager Joe Mascaro. We ate seven of em right away Joe!
Tony, the adobe guard dog, keeps a watchful vigil over our bricks as they dry...
